Sencha Green Tea Smoothie
Make this smoothie a morning treat if you're on the go you can have it in your car. Substitute the almond milk for another nut-milk or dairy of your choice.
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sencha green tea leaves
- 1 cup ice
Method
In a blender combine all the ingredients and blend on high until smooth and creamy. Pour into glass and enjoy.
Optional Extra's
For something a little extra special try:
- Topping with coconut or chopped up strawberries (yummy!)
- Adding a teaspoon of chia to make it more filling (breakfast)
