This is an excellent recipe you can prepare in advance for a dinner party or entertaining at a BBQ. When we go camping, we make the glaze in advance and cook this over the fire in a heavy cast iron pot, it's really delicious and a winner with the family and kids.

Cooking hibiscus glazed salmon is a great way to add a unique and delicious flavor to your meal. The hibiscus glaze adds a tangy and slightly sweet flavor to the salmon, while also providing health benefits due to hibiscus' high antioxidant content. Additionally, salmon is a great source of omega-3 fatty acids, which are important for heart and brain health. Overall, cooking hibiscus glazed salmon is a flavorful and nutritious way to enjoy this popular fish.
