Acai Berry Smoothie
Here's a simply Acai Berry Recipe you can make in 3 minutes, at home. Portions listed here are enough to make 2 smoothies (one for now, the other for later).
Optional: Add fresh chopped fruit on top of the smoothie (mango, raspberry, blueberry, strawberry, shavings of coconut) for an indulgent breakfast.
Acai Berry Smoothie with Almond Milk
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of acai powder
- 2 frozen bananas (you could get away with only one)
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 tablespoon of hemp seeds
- 1 cup of liquid (I typically use water or almond milk), plus more as needed
Method
Add all ingredients to blender and blend until combined and resembles a thick smoothie, enjoy!
Acai Berry Smoothie with Coconut Milk
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of acai powder
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup of cold water
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 cup prepared chia seeds
Method
Blend all ingredients (except chia seeds), gently mix in chia seeds.
Enjoy with a big thick straw! It's like a bubble tea smoothie.
